YOLO detection rebuild by myself and Integrate the tricks through yolov1-v5

here we use yolo-tiny to make the project to accerlate the training process

it is an amazing work to me, since the post-process of this work is very difficult to code,and it costs almost 2-3 weeks to realize. it is cheerful to me, i think i can get command of the framework torch and numpy now.
