README for Multi-dimensional Resource Isolation Package

This software package provides occupancy detection and quota adjustment for resources such as cpu, memory, llc cache, memory bandwidth, and network bandwidth for a specific cgroup.

It is based on another open source project called Intel-cmt-cat, which provides basic support for
Intel(R) Resource Director Technology (Intel(R) RDT) including:
Cache Monitoring Technology (CMT), Memory Bandwidth Monitoring (MBM),
Cache Allocation Technology (CAT) and Memory Bandwidth Allocation (MBA).
