优化类patch
【需求描述】：
优化patch回合。对已有jerry_literal_cache.patch，完成oh主干代码合入和现有用例验证，确保不导致用例失败。
【方案描述】：
1.未合入patch之前，完成JS、TDD现有用例验证；
2.合入patch之后，完成JS、TDD现有用例验证；
3.分析操作前后，patch是否对现有用例产生影响。

【验收标准】：
1.代码上库保证告警清零
2.优化patch合入，不导致用例失败。
