部件名称修改为googletest

【任务描述】
部件名称修改为googletest
【解决方案】
各依赖子系统将
1.依赖部件的BUILD.gn中external_deps字段的"thirdparty_googletest:gtest"改为"googletest:gtest"
2.bundle.json中"thirdparty_googletest"改为"googletest"
3.修改/third_party/googletest/bundle.json中component/name为"googletest",并编译验证
