Development environment requirements setup details with Virtual Box

Regarding the development environment setup; we may need to consider below 2 cases.

link describes about the setup with 3 components “Linux server + Windows host computer + Development Kit”. But for regular users, we may need to describe the setup with only 2 components (Host computer + Development Kit) like; “How to setup with Linux/windows PC and Development Kit”.
Assume user has Windows as a Host machine: We should have the documents describing how to setup DevKit with windows or windows based Virtual box(emulated Linux) setup , how to build & flash the binaries to DevKit".

Developers need to install the Linux environment based on the actual situation. At present, the Linux environment installation method is mature.

We welcome developers to share experience based on their own environment deployment.
