【特性描述】
SMM用于OS不可见的电源管理、CPU频率等操作，一般由BIOS管理，包括APM， APIC等多种途径可触发，通过SMI中断及RSM指令等触发。其配置开关，位于MCH的64B-256空间中，如TSEG等。在不支持ACPI的虚拟机的场景中有用。
【特性竞争力】
支持SMM模式管理时，需要该能力。大多OS已经支持ACPI，SMM不再重要。
当前不支持SMM，可暂不支持该能力，该ISSUE仅作跟踪，防止后续设计支持一款不支持ACPI的虚拟机时特性遗漏。
